so i got to spend last week antiquing and relaxing in wisconsin ..(la crosse to be exact) .. the weather was so nice and its right near the mississippi .. it was so wonderful surrounded by bluffs and green ! how i miss the midwest ..it was such a great break .. and refreshing away from heat of the Arizona desert... i also found so many new goodies which has sparked my creative muse again .. ( i am also addicted to the program inst.agram can you tell ??)
so here are a few more glimpses of my studio today .. my new home away from home ..

so lots of new stuff coming soon and hopefully maybe some new jewels coming to the website !!

So... I just downloaded a new ap for my iPad and I am trying it out to see if it will let me post for my blog.....awww technology gotta love it.... So as promised going to try to post some photos of my studio ..little niches that I have been working on ... Hope you enjoy.....still busy with set up before i unplug for my one week vacation to the Midwest ....

SO its been a long time since I posted .. somehow blogging has got pushed to the backburner .. i hope some of you are still out there .. and with facebook, pinterest and all the other things popping up .. it seems its getting harder and harder to stay on top of it all .. .. things have been crazy busy which is a good thing .. summer has started and kids are out of school ... the studio is coming along great .and i can't wait to show you photos - the grand opening is scheduled for Sept 16-19th ...  it feels so great to be able to work away from my home and go to work now and not have everything consuming my house and my employees love it too !! 

... so since  blogging has gotten harder .. I am planning to post a little differently now - ---- basically with photos to tell my story .. I have never been one for writing a lot as I feel people love the inspiration of photos .. so to get my self blogging again ... i am planning to show photos of my studio .on every wednesday .. with her studio view... and  fashion ideas like the one above  with a little mix of my jewelry .. also i just started doing instagram so i might even throw in some photos of my week in review... ... hopefully it will inspire you and me too !!   as always this will be another place to post where i will be and when .. as I plan to use the studio to teach classes (starting sept 17th and 18th ) so mark your calendars now .. i will be back to show you peeks of the classes and a special guest who will be joining me for the grand opening weekend !!!!   Next week we are heading to Wisconsin to visit some family and just get away .. hoping to unplug a little from the computer and just enjoy the relaxed pace of the midwest ....

she is headed for Illinois ..and other EXCITING news !!!

So I am headed off to Illinois in a couple days to spend time at the NadaFarm Event ... its going to be soo much fun !!! I am so excited to see many of my friends that I have met along my journey .. like the very talented Jen who I will be staying with much of the time !!  Its so great to be able to connect with women who get what you do and are supportive ... I am sure there will be lots of laughs to be had .. and whenever this fun girl is around you can bet you will have a fun filled trip !!

 So i  will have lots of new goodies for the show .. and whatever doesn't sell will be put in the website and etsy .. or might just end up here .........

my new studio !!!! opening sept 2011!

yep that is  CORRECT  !!  I am over the moon excited to announce that I am opening a studio in September .. I will be moving in the next month and preparing the showroom / studio ..... some things you will find in the studio  are classes, vintage beading supplies ,  and a showroom for my jewelry ...  not to mention that I just need a spot for my worker bees and I to create and not feel like we are in the middle of my living room ... my heart said go so I am taking the leap.. following my dreams and finally opening the studio I have been soooooo longing for ...  its time to take another big leap in my journey and I am sooo very excited about where it will continue to take me ..

so if your going to be in my area ...look me up I would love to have you come stop in and just say hello ... look for much more exciting news about this coming soon !!!!

her life has been crazy...

I can't believe what a bad blogger i have been.. i am not sure where this year is going and now its April already !!  ... so i have tried to blog but when i try and sit down to write, the words just don't want to come .... so anyways,  .. i have been very busy creating the last few weeks  .. i also spent a wonderful weekend away with some Dream girls :)

.. It was a total treat and I had the best time ...Tiffany was the most delightful hostess and I am soo happy to call her a friend , I admire her soo much  ( and sorry to say I didn't take barely any photos :( ) ... also I have  been designing more for my childrens line and coming up with my fall line ... we also go a new puppy- he is an australian shephard and we named him Cisco .. after our fav place san francisco!

  so it is taking up some of my free time along with just being mommy while my kids were on spring break  ...  I think its important to let ourselves take a break when we need to ... and for me it was much overdue... sometimes when the craziness of life takes over its all you can do to keep yourself sane is take a nice break ... so with that being said I am still here ...

I have two great events coming up here in Arizona ... the first being a small trunk show at one of my Favorite stores called Frances !!!  I will be there on April 9th most of the day  ... would love it if you came by to see me!! .. i will have lots of one of a kinds and some new childrens jewelry ... Easter is right around the corner ! and then i am going to be a part of the Arizona Womens Expo !! Its going to be an exciting event and I have been working on designing my booth for that too !!
